I filed my return using Tax Act software I received an email then received an email several days letter from this bank saying my bank account information was incorrect and my account is invalid. It went on to state that they would mail me a check, reading all of these reviews is not making me hopeful.

I reviewed my account info and it is 100% correct I then called my bank and they stated that there was no test to my account. Now I have to wait for a check and pay fees to you? I want to see proof that my account info was incorrect.

I better receive my check in a timely manner or I will be filing a formal complaint with the FDIC 800-378-9581 and with the BBB. I will never use this software again.
